How should I care for my GHC Scrunchie?

All of our scrunchies are handcrafted with delicate fabrics that deserve a little extra care to maintain their beauty. To keep them looking fresh and fabulous, we recommend following these gentle cleaning tips.

How to Hand Wash Your Scrunchies

1. Fill a bowl or sink with lukewarm water Not Hot.
2. Add a small amount of mild detergent or baby shampoo.
3. Soak scrunchies for 5–10 minutes.
4. Gently rub to remove dirt  NOTE do not twist or wring.
5. Rinse with cool water until all soap is gone.
6. Press gently with a towel to remove excess water.
7. Lay flat or hang to air dry avoid direct sunlight.

How to Machine Wash Your Scrunchies

1. Place scrunchies in a mesh laundry bag to prevent tangling.
2. Use the delicate cycle with cold water.
3. Add a mild detergent.
4. Once washed, air dry by laying flat or hanging do not tumble dry.
